We want to get even better – we are testing AI

From 16 December 2025, the municipality’s contact center will be testing a new tool that analyzes calls using AI. The goal is to improve and further develop our service and accessibility.

When you call the municipality’s contact center, the call is recorded for training and quality purposes. If you do not want your call to be recorded, press 7; otherwise, stay on the line. The recording is used to analyze the types of inquiries received by the contact center. All personal data is removed before the analysis, and the actual call recording is deleted. What remains is anonymous statistics that help us better understand the needs of our residents.

The introduction of call analysis means that we are working to phase out the current automated voice response system. This will allow us to provide residents with faster and more direct contact with us.
