Fee for housing queue
On this page you will find information on the fee for the housing queue. The housing queue costs 100 SEK per year from the year you turn 20. The student housing queue is free of charge.
Pay your queueing fee External link.
You will be sent an e-mail when it is time for you to pay. You can also log in to "My pages" External link. to see if your queuing fee is due. When it's time to pay, there will be a message under “Notifications”.
It may take up to five business days before we have registered your payment. If the money has been withdrawn from your account and it still says that you have not paid, contact us.
How to pay your fee
When it is time to pay your queueing fee, you will receive a notification via email and in ”Notifications” in My pages. You use an e-service External link. to pay the fee.
In the e-service, it is important that you enter the customer number which you are paying the queuing fee for. Your customer number can be found in the e-mail and when you log in to "My pages" External link. under "Account", "My info".
In the e-service, you can pay the queuing fee with either Swish or payment card (VISA and MasterCard).
If you do not have an e-mail address, you will receive information in the post when it is time to pay.
Unpaid fees
If you have not paid your queueing fee after one month, you will receive a reminder and you will be unable to submit applications for apartments. You will find more information about the reminder in your messages under “Notifications” or by clicking on “Bostad” under “My applications” on My pages. If you do not pay your queueing fee within 6 months of when it was originally due, you will lose your place in the housing queue.
